Delete your account

You can delete your Runnr account, or your Runnr Runner account, at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Runnr app (customers): tap Account, then Delete my account at the bottom, and type DELETE to confirm.
- Runnr Runner app: go offline, open Earnings, tap Delete my account at the bottom, and type DELETE to confirm.
By email
If you can't open the app, email runrrforyou@gmail.com from the email address you use for Runnr, with the subject "Delete my Runnr account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your login, name, phone number and saved card.
- Your saved addresses, and the addresses, instructions, messages, comments and photos from your errands.
- Your help requests and our replies.
- Any waiting-list sign-ups for your areas.
- For runners: your runner profile and last known location.
What we keep
The amounts of past payments, payouts and fees, with no personal details attached. Irish tax law requires us to keep these for 6 years. Runners' Stripe payout accounts are held by Stripe, so you can still log in to Stripe to see past payouts.
You can't delete an account while an errand or job is in progress. Wait until it's finished, or cancel it, first.
